Campus smoking restrictions considered

Spending a summer in a foreign country can make for an exciting
experience. For Calvin student Chad Zuber, however, a summer spent
in the Congo offered more excitement than might normally be desired.
Chad Zuber and his wife Becca were in the Congo village of Kindu
when gunfire rang for four days.

Fish House robbed Sunday
The Fish House, the student-run coffee shop in the Cave was robbed
on this past Sunday afternoon. According to John Witte, assistant
dean of Resident Life and advisor to the managers of The Fish
House, the equivalent of two days of profit was stolen out of
the unsecured Fish House safe.
