on its adherence to national health and safety standards.

According to statistics released on the Kent
County Environmental Health Department website, Calvin’s
Food Services department has received 25 critical violations
in the past 18 months.
The site details routine health inspections done on a semi-annual
basis. Among the infringements were 11 critical violations
at Commons since September 1999..
